Design Market Minder window

About Market Minder

Standard Market Minders display any symbol’s numeric or price data in a table.

To set up a Market Minder.

Click on Design and select Market Minder from the drop down menu.

A Minder Setup menu will appear.

To begin setting up a Market Minder symbol watch list, type the stock symbols in the "Selected Symbols" field and click Add after every symbol, Then click O.K.

Use the buttons to the right to manage your symbols in the Market Minder.

You can choose to enter the stock symbols manually into your Market Minder window. Double left click on the first column under Symbol or press the Enter key on your keyboard. Then enter a stock symbol and press Enter after.

To display the Order Entry Screen on the Market Minder.

Right click on the Market Minder and select Show "Order Entry Screen" from the menu.

You can use the hotkey Function-7 (F7) on your keyboard to display the Order Entry Screen.

To display the Account Balance window on the Market Minder.

Right click on Market Minder and select "Show Account Balance" from the menu.

You can use the hotkey Function-6 (F6) on your keyboard to display the Show Account Balance.

To display additional fields on Market Minders.

Right click on Market Minder and go to "Column Layout Choices" and select "Configure Column Layout" from the attached menu.

You can use the hotkey Function-5 (F5) on your key board to display the Column Layout menu.

Once the Column Layout menu appears click on the button "More" which extends and displays the Available Fields section.

Choose the "LIVEQUOTES (Prices)" selection from the Table (Server) field. Then select the fields from the Sub Type menu below and click on Add. Once done selecting the fields, click on O.K.
