As you may be aware, in the last year numerous exchanges, order routes and Electronic Communication Networks (ECNs) have consolidated through mergers and buyouts. Recently, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Archipelago ECN (ARCA) have merged to form NYSE Arca, http://www.archipelago.com/.
As
of Tuesday, January 2nd, the NYSE – Arca ECN will be
labeled as “NYSE – Arca” on the RealTick® platform
replacing the old label “Arca”. Please note that
all order routes appear on the platform in alphabetical order.
You can set the default order route on the system to your destination
of choice. If you have questions or need help setting up your
default route please call our Technical Support team at: 1-800-424-3934.
Also,
as you may be aware, in the recent past the INET ECN, BRUT
ECN and Nasdaq have consolidated to form one order routing
destination, INET. Due to this merger and other factors, the
cost for routing to the now consolidated INET route will be $0.003
per share beginning January 2nd. The BRUT ECN and SuperMontage
will no longer be available.
