This email is to inform you of two scheduled maintenance sessions that will be performed by RealTick on their network and data centers.
On Friday, May 13, 2011 there will be routine maintenance work done on the RealTick Chicago Internet connection at approximately 8:00 pm ET and is expected to be completed by 11:30 pm ET. This may result in a temporary disruption for clients while circuits are moved over to the redundant connection. We do not expect any disruption for clients that connect to the New York Data Center. After maintenance is complete, RealTick will conduct thorough testing to ensure all systems are functioning normally. It is advisable for clients to test their own connections prior to the market open.
On Saturday, May 14, 2011 there will be routine maintenance work done in the New York Data Center. Maintenance will begin at 7:00 am ET and is expected to be completed by 3:00 pm ET. We do not expect any impact to clients that connect to our New York Data Center. After maintenance is complete, RealTick will conduct thorough testing to ensure all systems are functioning normally. It is advisable for clients to test their own connections prior to the market open.
