We are pleased to announce the ability to hold live online seminars
to assist our clients in learning how to use the software. The online
seminars allows us to answer questions about the software and level
2 trading while showing you the software on your computer. This
has proven to be a valuable resource for our clients. To fully participate,
you should have speakers and a microphone set up on your computer.
If you do not have a microphone, a text chat will be available.
Having speakers is necessary to take part in the session.
We are going to hold a session every Monday and Tuesday at 4:15
PM EST, but recommend that you logon around 4:00 PM EST to make
sure that you are not having any problems. Additional software is
required for you to install. Since the installation file is 13 MB,
we recommend that you go to the web site to down load the software
over the weekend.
You will need to logon to http://63.94.85.37.
Please email support@mastertrader.com
notifying us that you would like to participate. You will need to
use your user name and password that you use to logon to the trading
software to logon to the seminar. If you do not have an account,
please state so when you email us and we will send you a user name
and password to use.
When you logon for the first time, the web site will check to see
if you have the software installed on your computer. You need to
download the Centra Symposium Client Software.
