Mastertrader.com is pleased to offer you the ability to view your
trade confirms electronically.
To register for electronic access to confirmations, log on to the
Penson Client Site, https://online.penson.com,
which can also be accessed through the Account Info link on the
Mastertrader.com web site. A popup will appear asking if you wish
to access confirms electronically. If you choose to do so, you will
be directed to the user profile page where you will be prompted
to enter an email address for delivery notifications to be sent.
Once you have elected to receive confirms electronically, you will
no longer receive confirmations via the US Mail.
Penson will then send you an email supplying a link to Penson's
secure document site https://documents.penson.com,
(where you need to go to see your electronic confirms. Electronic
confirms will be accessed using the same UserID and password currently
used for the client site. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view
your confirms. A link to install Adobe Acrobat Reader is on the
page for those that do not have it installed.
